Vintage Parker Fountain Pen Store Display Case By Designer Paul Ressinger

This vintage Parker fountain pen light up store display case was designed by Paul Ressinger and is counter case no. 318. When we plugged it in it did not light up so we assume the bulb needs replaced but we do not know for sure. The glass is all good but there is no key as it is locked and it measures about 20 1/2" x 9" x 9" in size.
