Vintage KD Vacuum Mount Lever Operated Searchlight Spotlight

This vintage searchlight is a vacuum mount lever operated type made by KD that plugs into the cigarette lighter or can run off battery. I plugged it in and it worked great but the cord has been taped and the battery cables are not with it. It is in the original box and they state its used as search and rescue,marine and public utilities.
