This is an early 20th century antique railroad depot cabinet from the CB & Q Burlington Route of Nebraska which was used in the Elsie depot and even comes with the original key.It has a nice paneled front door with interior shelving and is made with dovetail construction measuring 26" x 19" x 9 1/2" deep.
