Large Antique Bisque Head Leather Cloth Body Doll & Dress

This large antique bisque head doll with a leather/cloth body comes with a dress measures about 20" long and has markings on the neck but we can not make it out. I don't see any damage to it and we do not know whether the hair or clothing are original to it.
