Cap Tel 800 Caption Telephone Ultratec Simplicity Ring Signaler

This Cap Tel model 800 caption telephone comes with manual, paperwork and a Ultratec Simplicity ringer signal and all that you see in the photographs. The Cap Tel does power up but we did not know  how to test it any further.
