Antique Quarter Saw Oak Typewriter Stand Metal Base

I believe this is some kind of an antique typewriter stand with a quarter saw oak top and metal frame. One wood edge has some roughness to the wood and it measures 21 1/4" x 13 1/2" x 11 3/4" tall in size.
